Refund Policy

Every new PRSHN account receives one free reading for one question. This free reading can be used for any single perspective or method you choose. Once you have used your free trial, subsequent readings and additional perspectives are charged according to the pricing below.

After the free trial, each selected perspective or method costs ₹95. The full catalogue includes:

• Astrology: Vedic Astrology, BNN, Nadi / KP — each priced separately.
• Tarot.
• Numerology: Vedic, Lo Shu, Pythagorean — each priced separately.
• Palmistry.
• Face Reading.
• Graphology: Signature Analysis, Handwriting Analysis, Sexuality & Compatibility — each priced separately.
• Nakshatra.

The total price for a question is calculated based on the number of individual selections you make. For example, choosing Vedic Astrology and Tarot will cost ₹190 (₹95 × 2).

We offer a discounted "Unlock All Perspectives" bundle for a single question at ₹795 instead of the regular per-selection total. This bundle unlocks every available perspective and method for that question. The bundle is non-transferable and can only be used for the question it was purchased for.

You can add credits to your PRSHN Wallet in advance using Razorpay. The available packs are:

• Starter Pack: Pay ₹95 → get ₹95 wallet credit.
• Value Pack: Pay ₹500 → get ₹600 wallet credit (₹100 extra bonus).
• Power Pack: Pay ₹5,000 → get ₹7,500 wallet credit (₹2,500 extra bonus).

Wallet credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Bonus credits have no cash value and can only be used for PRSHN readings. Recharge payments are processed by Razorpay, and the amount paid is added to your wallet balance immediately after a successful transaction.

Because readings are generated instantly and consumed as digital content, all charges are generally final. However, we will refund a reading charge to your PRSHN Wallet if:

• The reading failed to generate due to a technical error on our side and you did not receive any usable content.
• You were charged more than once for the same question due to a payment glitch.

Refunds are issued as wallet credits, not cash reversals. Refunds are not given for change of mind, accidental selection, or dissatisfaction with the guidance content itself, because the reading is delivered immediately and cannot be returned.

Recharge payments that succeeded but were never used for a reading can be reversed to the original payment method within 7 days of the recharge. Please contact us through the contact page to request this. Once any part of the wallet credit has been used to unlock a reading, the remaining balance can only be spent on future readings and cannot be cashed out.

Send a refund request through our contact page with the question text and the approximate time of purchase. We aim to review and resolve refund requests within 5 business days.

If you file a payment dispute with your bank or Razorpay, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of PRSHN after a change means you accept the updated policy.
