Privacy Policy

PRSHN ("we", "us", "our") is a single-question guidance app. This policy explains what we collect when you use it and how that information is handled.

We collect only what a reading needs:

• Your question text and the life area you tag it with.
• Your birth profile — name, date, time and place of birth — if you choose to save one.
• Your email address if you create an account or sign in with Google.
• Images you optionally upload — palm photos, face photos, signature or handwriting samples — for the perspectives you asked for.
• Basic usage events (which tools are opened) so we can improve the app.

Your information is used to generate your guidance, to save your readings to your history if you are signed in, and to support you if you contact us. We do not sell or rent your information.

Data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level access rules, so your readings, birth profile and uploads are visible only to your own account. We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect them from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

Palm, face, signature and handwriting uploads are always optional — PRSHN works without them.

• Each image is used only to prepare the reading for the question you asked, and is described in plain English inside your guidance.
• If you are signed in, the file is saved to a private storage area tied to your account. Only you (and our systems acting on your behalf) can open it — it is never listed publicly or shown to other users.
• To read the image, it is sent to our AI analysis provider over an encrypted connection for that single request. It is not used to train models and is not sold or shared for advertising.
• If you are exploring as a guest, the image is analysed for that reading only and is not stored in your account.
• You can ask us to delete any uploaded image and its reading at any time and we will remove it from storage.

We use trusted providers for authentication, database and storage hosting, and AI analysis. They process your data on our instructions and under their own security commitments.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time through our contact page.

PRSHN is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
