Palm and face reading from a photo: what to expect
Palmistry and Face Reading are two of the oldest ways people have tried to understand character and direction. In PRSHN you can try both with just your phone.
Palm reading
Upload a photo of your palm or take one with the live camera. The reading looks at the main lines and the raised pads of the palm, known as mounts, and connects what it finds to the life area of your question. An interactive hand map shows which parts were read.
Face reading
Face Reading follows Samudrika Shastra, the Indian study of the face. The live camera shows an oval to line your face up with. The reading looks at different areas of the face and explains what they suggest for your question.
Tips for a good photo
- Use soft, even daylight — avoid strong shadows or a bright window behind you.
- Hold the phone steady so the photo isn't blurry.
- For palms, open your hand flat with fingers slightly apart, filling most of the frame.
- For faces, look straight at the camera with your hair away from your forehead.
PRSHN checks the photo quality before you continue and lets you retake it if needed.
Your privacy
Photos are optional. When you do upload one, it is stored privately to your account and used only to produce your reading. The Privacy Policy explains this in full.
