Asking about health and wellbeing: what guidance can and can't do

4 November 2026 · 3 min read

Health questions come from a worried place, so it helps to be clear about what guidance can offer. PRSHN can help you reflect on a period of life, your energy, stress and the timing of recovery. It cannot diagnose an illness or tell you what treatment to take.

Always see a doctor first

If you have symptoms, a test result or a decision about treatment, please speak to a qualified doctor. Use PRSHN alongside medical advice, never instead of it. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Helpful ways to ask

  • Instead of "Do I have a serious illness?", try "How can I look after my energy over the next three months?"
  • Instead of "Will the operation fail?", try "Is this a supportive time for my recovery?"
  • Instead of "Why am I always tired?", try "What is draining me most at the moment, and what would help?"

Which perspective to choose

  • Vedic Astrology or Nakshatra — for your natural constitution and the phase of life you're in. Needs your birth details.
  • Vedic Prashna or Jamakkol — for a specific worry right now, such as how a recovery period may go.
  • Tarot — for the emotional side: stress, balance and what you may be carrying.
  • Face Reading — for a gentle reflection on how stress and energy may be showing at the moment.
