Birth chart readings: Vedic Astrology, BNN and Nadi / KP

29 October 2026 · 4 min read

Some questions are about the bigger picture — your career path, marriage, a move abroad, a long stretch of hard work that hasn't paid off yet. For these, PRSHN reads your birth chart: a map of the sky at the exact moment and place you were born.

Three ways to read the same chart

  • Vedic Astrology — the classic Indian reading of your chart, looking at the life areas your question touches and the period of life you are in now.
  • BNN (Bhrigu Nandi Nadi) — a Nadi method that reads how the planets link to one another, often giving a sharp view of career and relationships.
  • Nadi / KP — a precise system for timing and yes-or-no questions, useful when you want to know whether something is promised and roughly when.

What you need to enter

All three need your full name, date of birth, time of birth and place of birth. Reveal Guidance stays locked until all four are filled in, because a chart drawn from a guessed time can point the reading in the wrong direction. If you save these on your Profile page, they fill in by themselves next time.

If you don't know your birth time

Check a birth certificate, a hospital record or ask a family member. If you really can't find it, choose a moment-based perspective instead — Jamakkol, Vedic Prashna, Lilly Horary or Qimen Dunjia read the moment you ask, so no birth time is needed.

What you see

Your birth chart appears at the top of the reading. It opens in the North Indian style, and you can switch to the South Indian style with one tap. Below it is your answer, written in plain English — no planets, houses or degrees to decode.

  • Good questions: "Is a job change right for me this year?", "What will help my marriage prospects?", "Is settling abroad good for me?"
  • Less suited: quick questions about today, which a moment-based or tarot reading answers better.
